Are You Looking for Your Blind Spots? If Not, You’re Missing Reality

Decision-makers fall to blind spots a lot.

They are unseen.

They are the devil in every decision. They blind us to the information we should know because they are visible. They escape our attention, becoming assumptions we shouldn’t be making. And then, our decision quality drops as the truth escapes us.
